Triangle Recommends New Elementary School, Partial IMS Rebuild to Solve Overcrowding

What a year it has been for the Mercer Island School District and the bond vote. The last vote failed because many residents felt that it would cost too much and that the recommendations were unnecessary. So, they have put together an advisory board to come up with a better solution based on feedback from the community. The Patch has an interesting article showing what the group is recommending for the next bond vote.  Hopefully, they will get it right this time.    🙂
